ABS-CBN fails to get TRO for Willie Revillame's new TV5 show
ABS-CBN president Ms. Charo Santos-Concio was upset towards the decision of a quezon city judge to postponed the motion for temporary restraining order (TRO) of the Kapamilaya Network for the reason to stop the new show of the TV host Willie Revillame on TV5.
Yesterday October 23, the show was on air.
According of ruling showed last October 22, 2010 of judge Luisito Cortez of Region Trials Court of branch 84, the ABS-CBN "failed to discharge the burden of proving that there exists an urgent need for the issuance of a TRO to prevent great or irreparable injury that it might suffer."
Somehow Judge Cortez trash the motion to dismiss of Willie Revillame to the p488 million damage pesos suit against to him of ABS CBN.
Willie Revillame was commanded to pay the amount of 486 million damage suit on or before October 27,2010.
Judge Cortez command to ABS-CBN and Willie to under gone mediation process in the start of November.

From the interview on the Buzz! the movie was become controversial. The audience can totally see that the relationship of Kim Chu & Gerald Anderson was totally end. Many people says that Gerald has a third party issue to a non showbiz personality.
The movie Till My Heartache End, reflect to their personal story as partners. As we can remember, the couple started from friendship and engage to deeper relationship. However,their relationship didnt last for long because of showbiz, or should I say that couple was created because of showbiz.
I Believe that the story is good, because the idea is taken from the real life situation. Somehow I believe that the movie is not worth for cinema. So I'll just wait for the free download DVDRip copy for it. ;-)
Willing Willie Show on TV5 Controvery
At exactly 5:30pm Saturday October 23, 2010, the Willing Willie show (the former wowowee) appear on tv 5! From all the controversial happen to the old show (wowowee) and and its host Willie Revillame, the show is still go on. As I'm watching the show, the old charm of the show (wowowee) is already gone. Their like a zombie pretending to be happy like nothing happens, after all the stupidity Willie Revillame made to the ABS CBN Company. The show was totally dry compare the last days of wowowee.. Maybe because the people know Willie more than before. I believe the show will only last for 3 months or earlier. Good luck to show and it host Willie Revillame, may God bless your soul. ;-/
