ABS-CBN president Ms. Charo Santos-Concio was upset towards the decision of a quezon city judge to postponed the motion for temporary restraining order (TRO) of the Kapamilaya Network for the reason to stop the new show of the TV host Willie Revillame on TV5.
Yesterday October 23, the show was on air.
According of ruling showed last October 22, 2010 of judge Luisito Cortez of Region Trials Court of branch 84, the ABS-CBN "failed to discharge the burden of proving that there exists an urgent need for the issuance of a TRO to prevent great or irreparable injury that it might suffer."
Somehow Judge Cortez trash the motion to dismiss of Willie Revillame to the p488 million damage pesos suit against to him of ABS CBN.
Willie Revillame was commanded to pay the amount of 486 million damage suit on or before October 27,2010.
Judge Cortez command to ABS-CBN and Willie to under gone mediation process in the start of November.
